If you want to learn more about us, you’re in the right place.

The Windmill Alliance, Inc., began in January 1985 as a Day Activity Center for Special Needs Adults with three staff and nine participants. Over the years it has grown to include a number of special programs with a full-time staff of 30 employees to serve a variety of needs for people in Bayonne and Hudson County.
