Windmill Adult Day Center
The "Windmill Center" is a Adult Day Training Center begun in January 1985. Our daily program provides social interaction and offers industrial experience and therapeutic and rehabilitative activities designed to foster community and self-awareness, independence and self-esteem.

Supervised Apartments
Today, the need for our Supervised Apartments program has grown as a crisis situation looms nationally with governmental cutbacks, institutional closings, and a rapidly increasing disabled population. Our facility provides for Developmentally Disabled Adults, offering 24 hour staffing in a licensed safe location.

H.I.G.H.W.A.Y.S.
Helping People Gain Hope Will Always Yield Success is what HIGHWAYS stands for. Many in our society are in need. We try to be people who don't just give a "hand-out", but really offer a "helping hand" through Thrift Shops, Outreach, Counseling, Advocacy and Linkage and emergency food distribution.
